Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the ORVIA platform ("Platform"), an AC installation marketplace connecting clients with installers and stores in North Macedonia. The Platform is operated by REINA GROUP VENTURES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15889328).

Platform Role

ORVIA acts as a marketplace facilitator. We connect clients seeking AC installation services with independent installers and stores. We do not perform installation services ourselves and are not a party to the service agreements between clients and installers.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Bookings

Bookings made through the platform represent agreements between clients and installers. Pricing displayed on installer profiles is set by the installers themselves. ORVIA does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing or the quality of services rendered.

Product Reservations

Clients may reserve air-conditioning products offered by stores through the platform. A reservation is a request to purchase directly from the store; payment takes place in store or on delivery, between the client and the store. ORVIA does not sell products, does not process the payment, and is not a party to the purchase.

Fees & Payments

ORVIA does not process online payments. Clients pay installers and stores directly. The platform is currently free of charge for all users during the pilot period. Any future fees for installers or stores will be governed by the published pricing information and individual agreements, and providers will be notified before any fee takes effect.

Reviews

Clients may leave reviews after a completed booking. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on actual experience. We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

Installer & Store Obligations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information
• Honor published pricing and availability
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
• Provide professional and safe installation services

Off-Platform Communication

Coordination between clients, installers, and stores takes place directly, by phone or WhatsApp, outside the platform. ORVIA does not monitor and is not responsible for communications that take place outside the platform.

Account Suspension

We may deactivate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform. Deactivated accounts lose access to the platform and their public profiles are hidden.

Intellectual Property & User Content

The platform, its branding, and its content are owned by ORVIA or its licensors. By submitting content such as reviews, photos, or profile information, you grant ORVIA a non-exclusive right to display that content on the platform for its intended purpose. You confirm that content you submit does not infringe the rights of others.

Limitation of Liability

ORVIA is not liable for damages arising from the services provided by installers or stores. Our liability is limited to the platform's facilitation role.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you use the platform as a consumer in North Macedonia, you additionally keep the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of North Macedonia.
