Every base installation includes wall masonry drilling, mounting brackets, up to 3 meters of copper piping with insulation trunking, electrical connections, system vacuum leak testing, and complete setup check.

If your layout requires more than the included 3 meters of pipe, you will be billed per additional meter. You can adjust this in the scheduler calculator to see a precise estimate beforehand.

If there is an unexpected schedule conflict, the installer will suggest an alternate slot or cancel, triggering an instant in-app alert. You are not billed or charged until the installation is confirmed.
